• Non-Returnable Products
  All cakes, pastries, and other baked goods are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been picked up from our store.

• Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order cost.

• Pickup Issues
  If there is an issue with your order upon pickup, such as an incorrect item, please inform our staff immediately. We will assess the situation and, if necessary, offer a replacement or store credit.

• Satisfaction Guarantee
  Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup. While we cannot provide refunds for taste preferences, we will do our best to address any other concerns.

 Some of our cakes and baked goods may include non-edible decor. Items may include plastic leaves, belts, ribbons, toppers, and other adornments. These items are clearly intended for decoration only and should be removed prior to consumption. Please exercise caution, especially when serving children, as these items are not meant to be ingested.
